SHIPPING FOR USA AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE MADE DISCREETLY IN PLAIN PACKAGING.

Please allow 1 week for custom embroidery work.

SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE PAID BY THE BUYER.

Costs will vary by both the location and weight of package. Shipping options are available at the time of checkout. We recommend either USPS PRIORITY MAIL or UPS.

If we detect that you have chosen a shipping option that is not compatible with your purchase we will contact you.

RETURNS:

ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED FOR DEFECTS PRIOR TO SHIPPING. We will GAYLY EXCHANGE any defective merchandise. The item must be returned in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. Shipping cost for returned items is the responsibility of the customer.

YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RA NUMBER PRIOR TO RETURNING THE MERCHANDISE.

LOST ITEMS:

If an item is lost in the mail due to an error of ours or of the carrier, we will replace the item or refund the money paid.

We are unable to refund/replace items missing due to a customer error.

Please be sure that the information entered in the shipping address portion of the checkout cart is correct. The shipping label will print exactly what is entered by a customer.

PAYMENT:

We accept MASTERCARD, VISA and PAYPAL.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A PERSONAL CHECK.

SALES TAX:

RI Residents will be charged a 7% Sales Tax.
